Assisted by Chrissy who is one of the most organised people I’ve ever met, I felt completely looked after and totally at ease throughout the whole process. Chrissy sent regular tips about recovery, was always available for questions and even texted the day of the operation (a Saturday) to tell me who my anaesthetist would be and wish me luck – above and beyond. I was even excited for my surgery by the time it came around!
