Bespoke Plastic Surgery Ltd – Terms and Conditions for Surgical Procedures
These Terms and Conditions of Business (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Bespoke Plastic Surgery Ltd (“BPS”) and form part of the agreement between BPS and the Patient. By booking or undergoing a procedure with BPS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- BPS – Bespoke Plastic Surgery Ltd.
- Mr Mark Solomos / Surgeon – The consultant surgeon performing procedures, registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (or equivalent).
- Patient – Any individual aged 18 or over (or 16+ with guardian consent) entering into an agreement with BPS for surgical or non-surgical procedures.
- Procedure – Any surgical treatment arranged by BPS and performed by Mr Mark Solomos.
- Clinician – Any anesthetist, nurse, or other registered healthcare professional involved in the Patient’s care, excluding Mr Solomos.
- Fee – The total amount payable for the Procedure.
- Deposit – The £1,000 payment required to secure a Procedure date.
- Balance – The remaining Fee, due 4 weeks prior to surgery.
- Consultation – A meeting between the Patient and Mr Mark Solomos to discuss a proposed Procedure.
2. BPS Obligations
- Ensure all procedures are performed by Mr Mark Solomos.
- Provide suitable, regulated clinical facilities for all treatments.
- Supply sufficient information about the proposed procedure to enable the Patient to make an informed decision.
- Provide written and oral pre- and post-operative instructions and ongoing clinical support.
3. The Patient’s Obligations
- Read all provided information carefully and seek clarification if anything is unclear.
- Follow all pre- and post-operative instructions provided by Mr Mark Solomos or the clinical team.
- Attend all scheduled pre- and post-operative appointments.
- Disclose all relevant medical history, medication, allergies, or changes in health prior to surgery.
- Make all payments in accordance with these Terms.
- Treat staff and clinicians with courtesy and respect.
- Failure to comply may result in postponement or cancellation of surgery. Any associated costs will remain the responsibility of the Patient.
4. Cancellations
All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
